Damaged Products: You must notify CraftedCandles.com within 48 hours of receiving purchases that have been damaged in shipment. Retain all packaging and product. Call our toll free number 800.635.0274. Our staff will take it from there.

Other Returned Items: Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a refund less a 15% restocking fee:

• any candle in its original, undamaged condition including original packaging, other than Ball Candles or "On Sale" merchandise
• and any other merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from CraftedCandles.com

Returns Are Easy

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment to the following address:

Returning Gifts

We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange your product or issue a gift certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped.

Be sure to include the address and name of the person who gave you the gift. (Don't worry--we won't let them know about your return.)

Cancellation Policy

Orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees.

• If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy procedure must be followed.
• Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
